Q: What is a layman's view of a police standing in the traffic laden streets of kolkata ?
A: a white clothed person with a pistol attached to the waist , walky-talky in hand & a big bloated tummy bulging out !!
How many of them are physically fit enough to be in the forces?
.....if a situation arises where a rogue is running away after snatching a woman's purse.....the commoners will normally shout " chor chor"....expecting the police to do something,(i mean that's what they are paid for or rather it's a part of their job profile)
SO HERE IS MY QUESTION..
No one thinks about this but i feel it is factor why crime rate keeps increasing day-by-day.
In this case, the rogue knows he will run to safety.Will he not ??
